There are many kinds of corporate support event sponsorship – donations and staff fundraising, matched giving, Charity of the Year and gifts in kind. The Katie Piper Foundation also has its own corporate membership club – The One Club – scroll down for details. Help from the world of business is crucial to the ongoing development of the Foundation’s services to those with burns or scars. Event Sponsorship

In 2011, the Foundation held its inaugural fundraising event – My Beautiful Ball was hosted by Simon Cowell and Katie Piper, supported by Tess Daly and with Rebecca Ferguson providing some wonderful entertainment. London’s Savoy Hotel was the glitzy venue for a fundraiser that raised over £200,000 for the Foundation and provided a welcome and important association with the charity to many corporate organisations.

Staff fundraising – and Matched Giving

Dress down days are a firm favourite but why not dedicate one day a year to supporting charities. And those keen fundraisers amongst your dedicated staff, why not incentivise them further by matching monies raised for charity.

Charity of the Year

Does your company have a Charity of the Year scheme? Could you nominate the Katie Piper Foundation? If you or your staff choose the Katie Piper Foundation as your Charity of the Year, we will help to make it a successful venture for both your company and the charity. It is a wonderful opportunity for your entire organisation to work together to support the Foundation’s work fundraising with us can engage your staff with a motivating cause and help to make it easier to live with burns and scars.

We are thrilled to announce our latest Charity of the Year partnership with Arrows Group, the London and Amsterdam based professional sector recruitment specialist.

The staff in Arrows Group London Waterloo offices will be undertaking a number of challenges and events to raise funds for the Foundation during 2012-13 and aim to raise a total of £5,000 across the next 12 months.

The One Club

A cause related marketing programme for any sized organisation to join – from multi-nationals to entrepreneurial start-ups.

Are you able to donate 1% or £1 – from the value of the unit or product that you sell, from the cost of the treatments that you provide, from the number of clients you have?

Payroll Perfection has come on board, having decided to make a donation per payroll client to the Foundation on an annual basis. Julie Smith, owner of Payroll Perfection, said “The Katie Piper Foundation is very inspiring and doing such an important job. I love the concept of The One Club – which is an easy way for my company to support the charity. I hope many more companies consider joining the Foundation in this way.”

We are thrilled that the Cosmetic Skin Clinic have joined The One Club, and look forward to a successful partnership in 2012.
