Katie Piper Foundation Forum

There are currently over 1000 members who have joined the KPF Forum. The Forum helps people with burns and scars to discuss openly about treatments, pre/post operations, including every day trials and tribulations. It is a great resource with active members contributing through blogs with recommendations, and encouraging other burn survivors. We have a large fundraising and volunteering section, where members assist each other in raising money, and discussing ideas for holding fundraising events.

It’s an open ground for safe, moderated discussions with those who are going through similar experiences, where people who can exchange tips and advice on topics people might otherwise feel embarrassed or unable to approach. Katie regularly goes on the Forum to chat to fellow burns survivors.

Online Community Goal

Our goal for this area is to provide a secure and safe place for you to share your story, while also providing a place to connect with others who have similar experiences related to burns and scarring. The community is not meant to take the place of or to provide counselling, psychotherapy or medical advice but rather is meant to provide information, direction and support so you may move forward in your healing process. Some of the areas are interactive while others will provide a place to read and learn from others' stories. We encourage you to create a profile and join our online community.
